FELDENKRAIS METHOD
The Feldenkrais Method is a movement education system developed by Moshe Feldenkrais.
Bad posture, chronic pain, tension and movement restrictions are often caused by our limited movement habits. Feldenkrais movement education allows you to experience your habitual movements and teaches improved use of your body so you can move with ease and grace.
The gentleness of the method makes it suitable for all age groups, from infants to old age, and all mobility levels.
The method can be taught in a group situation via verbal movement instructions (Awareness Through Movement classes), or in individual sessions (Functional Integration) via touch and gentle movements.

AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT (ATM)
ATM group lessions are structured movement sequences that allow participants to explore movement, unlearn limiting movement habits, undo pain and unnecessary tension in the body, and learn better use of body and movement in order to increase flexibility, ease and range of movement.
FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION (FI)
FI is the hands on technique in the Feldenkrais Method. Guided gentle movement and touch are used to help the client''s awareness process, teach improved movement patterns and increase the person's movement repertoire.
Unlike other bodywork systems Feldenkrais uses movement and touch to access the brain's learning ability. Improved use of the body, relaxation, enhanced flexibility and range of movement are achieved easily and can be long lasting.
